Studio Lamea web store accepts a variety of payment methods including major credit cards. Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card are accepted. All credit card transactions are secure. Visa payments are done with Verified by Visa and Master Card with MasterCard Secure Code verification service. Klarna payments accepted. Paytrail offers invoice and bank card payment ways.
Order confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when submitting your order. All items listed in the web store are in stock. However, should we have any problems with our stock levels when receiving your order, we reserve the right not to deliver the items. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Studio Lamea web store ships internationally. Orders are sent in Finland via Posti. We aim to dispatch all orders within a week after the order confirmation, excluding Finnish holidays and weekends.
If you are located outside Finland, please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Please note that customers from non-EU countries are responsible for any possible import customs and taxes.

To ensure your satisfaction with Studio Lamea products, we offer you a full 14 day money back guarantee from the date you receive your order. You are welcome to either exchange your item or receive a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition.
Please note that return shipping is paid by the customer. The refund of the item's price will be credited back to the original payment method used for the order. Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage. Returns where postage is not paid will not be accepted by us. If you receive a wrong or a faulty item, we will compensate you for the delivery costs.
On returns, the original shipping cost will not be returned- please see the amounts above for shipping in Finland/ outside of Finland.
